Nestled in the vibrant North Central area of Red Deer, our community offers a prime location for both convenience and connection.

Featuring five floors on South View Tower and six floors on North View Tower, we are proud to be an inclusive and ever-evolving home to our residents. Looking out the windows of our community, the views that greet us are a stimulating mix of rich, historic industrial areas, beautiful gardens tended to by our residents (in our interior courtyards), and some beautiful walking trails. Within a few blocks, people can enjoy some shopping, local and chain eateries, or head to Bower ponds to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Closer to home is the G.H. Dawe Community Centre which includes an aquatic center, ice rinks, a library, and many other activities.

South View Tower is the home to residents in Type B, Type B secure, and Supportive Living care. North View Tower is home to residents in Type A, Type B, Type B secure, and Alternate Level of Care.

As Alberta Health Services evolves, the language does as well. Throughout our website, you will find reference to Supportive Living (formerly Independent Living), Type A (formerly Long-Term Care), Type B (formerly Supportive Living), and Type B Secure (formerly Memory Care). If you have any questions about the wording, please reach out to us.
